DISCOVERY & CONCEPT

We collaborate closely with the appointed design team, providing input from concept and detailed design through to construction oversight and final sign-off.

DESIGN & TECHNICAL PLANNING

As part of our established process over the years, we have undertaken detailed site surveys to analyse key architectural features for illumination, identify optimal locations for concealing fixtures, and explore opportunities to integrate with existing infrastructure. We also carry out on-site lighting mock-ups to test and refine the most effective lighting solutions, supported by comprehensive drawings that illustrate both the lighting design and layout.

CONSTRUCTION & PROCUREMENT

In each collaboration with the Langton House Hotel, we provided detailed drawings illustrating lighting layouts and integration. Design and development of bespoke lighting solutions. Lighting specification tailored to project requirements. Ongoing cost management to ensure alignment with the approved budget.

REFINEMENT

In each project we provided precise scene setting of the lighting system to achieve the intended visual impact. We have also facilitated contractor liaison and oversight of final installation details, ensuring the lighting was executed in accordance with design specifications and project standards.
