Who is Willie Duggan?
Willie Duggan was established 80 years, and three generations ago, in Kilkenny Ireland. We work with trade customers such as architects and also with general consumers who want beautiful lighting in their lives.
Where is your showroom?
We have a large showroom in Hebron Business Park, Kilkenny. Opening Hours: Tuesday – Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm, Saturday 12 – 4pm. Monday is by appointment only.
How long have you been selling online?
We have been selling online since 2009. In that time we’ve shipped thousands of light fittings to customers all over the world.
What products do you stock?
We stock a wide range of designer lighting products for residential and commercial projects. Our products are sourced from European’s most exclusive design brands. Our ranges are updated by our buying team each month offering our customers a carefully chosen edit of the best lighting solutions available.
Do you stock everything you list on your website?
No, due to the huge volume of items in our ranges it is not possible to stock everything we list. We usually guide 3- 4 weeks for our online orders but if you need something faster it’s always good to email us and we can see if we can get it earlier.
What about shipping costs?
Shipping will auto calculate based on product type, weight and country. Please contact us if you’ve any queries.
What if I want to purchase a piece but I need to know shipping first?
This is no problem, simply contact us with your query and we will respond with a price within 24 hours.
Who is responsible for VAT?
If you are within the EU we charge VAT at 23% on all orders.If you are a trade customer you should apply for a trade account and supply a relevant VAT number to qualify for 0% VAT rate.
Who pays import and customs charges?
All customers take responsibility for their own customs and import charges.
I’m a trade customer, how do I get wholesale prices?
We are always happy to work with interior designers, architects, engineers or specifiers to help realise their lighting solutions. Please email us and we’ll set you up an account and partner you with one of our technical specialists. If you reside outside of the EU your order is not subject to VAT.
What about site security and data protection?
We are fully PCI DSS compliant (August 2014) and use integrated and encrypted online security to protect the integrity of all our customer details. In terms of data protection we have a data policy which can be found (here will supply this for linking) We never rent, share or re-sell any customer data. If you opt in to a marketing relationship with us we recognise your right to unsubscribe at any time and we undertake to unsubscribe your details within 7 working days of receiving notification from you.
What about cancelling an order?
If you place an online order you have 24 hours in which to cancel the order. If you cancel the order after this we are liable for product and shipping costs and must legally pass these onto the purchaser.
