This independent and distinct piece, bears a resemblance its flowering namesake, designed by Burkhard Dämmer. Consisting of many single florets, each funnel shaped floret appears to shine their own light, yet together, they create the Dandelion which dazzles. Each floret is made of wood veneer, and placed side by side, rising and falling in tandem from the Dandelion centre. The effect is striking, as each funnel comes together as a collective light.
